Wedding Venue Costs
Weekend Wedding Packages:
- May 15th – June 19th, 2027: $7,095
- June 26th – August 28th, 2027: $8,350
- September 4th – October 16th, 2027: $9,750
- October 23rd – November 6th, 2027: $7,095
What’s Included in Your Reservation:
- Full use of the property
- Three-Day Access: Friday setup & rehearsal, Saturday celebration, and Sunday pack-up (or any available 3-day period).
- Ample hours of property access across your reservation for every stage of your planning and celebration.
- Onsite venue amenities, property prep, event property manager, rehearsal + day of coordination and a trusted vendor resource list for crafting the very best Vermont wedding occasion with our preferred professional teams.
Event Space Costs
Property use fees are based on type of non-wedding event and availability. The required minimum event time is 3 hours, and the required maximum is 7 hours. All amenities and additional lighting options are included, and property preparation and an event coordinator are available.
Additional Fees Based on Event Type:
- $800 Refundable Damage Deposit for All Weddings*
- Event Insurance for All Weddings & Full-Day Events
- 50% Payment due at Booking with Signed Contract
*Deposit is refundable at post event inspection. $200 damage deposit for non-wedding events.
All events require ½ payment to reserve with a signed contract for booking. There are no refunds for payments.

Boyden Events staff are also available prior to and during your event for behind the scenes details of the property.
