What’s Included in Your Reservation:
- Full use of the property
- Three-Day Access: Friday setup & rehearsal, Saturday celebration, and Sunday pack-up (or any available 3-day period).
- Ample hours of property access across your reservation for every stage of your planning and celebration.
- Onsite venue amenities, property prep, event property manager, rehearsal + day of coordination and a trusted vendor resource list for crafting the very best Vermont wedding occasion with our preferred professional teams.
Event Space Costs:
Hourly Rate Package: $325.00 per hour
Our event space pricing is for non-wedding events only. The required minimum event time is 3 hours, and the required maximum is 7 hours. All amenities and additional lighting options are included, and property preparation and an event coordinator are available.
Streamline your event with our partners: Let’s Pretend Catering and Fluid Bar Service. Additional vendor options are available based on your event. Boyden Events staff are also available prior to and during your event for behind the scenes details of the property. Creative designs or personal planning may be added with your choice of Event Coordinator.
Additional Fees Based on Event Type:
- $800 Refundable Damage Deposit for All Weddings*
- Event Insurance for All Weddings & Full-Day Events
- 50% Payment due at Booking with Signed Contract
*Deposit is refundable at post event inspection. $200 damage deposit for non-wedding events.
