Wedding Venue Costs
Weekend Wedding Packages:
- May 15th – June 19th, 2027: $7,095
- June 26th – August 28th, 2027: $8,350
- September 4th – October 16th, 2027: $9,750
- October 23rd – November 6th, 2027: $7,095
Additional Fees:
- $800 Refundable Damage Deposit for All Weddings*
- Event Insurance for All Weddings & Full-Day Events
- 50% Payment due at Booking with Signed Contract
- *Deposit is refundable at post event inspection.
What’s Included in Your Reservation:
- Full use of the property
- Three-Day Access: Friday setup & rehearsal, Saturday celebration, and Sunday pack-up (or any available 3-day period).
- Ample hours of property access across your reservation for every stage of your planning and celebration.
- Onsite venue amenities, property prep, event property manager, rehearsal + day of coordination and a trusted vendor resource list for crafting the very best Vermont wedding occasion with our preferred professional teams.
Event Space Costs
Property use fees are based on type of non-wedding event and availability. Non-wedding events are $135 per hour, with a 4 hour minimum. All amenities, pre/post event set up and cleaning service, onsite parking and event signage, and event support personnel are included.
Additional Fees:
- $500 Non-Refundable Retainer with Signed Contract
- Refundable Security Deposit May Apply Based on Event Scope
- Event Insurance for All Full-Day Events, All Vendors Must Be Licensed & Insured
- Early Access for Decor Installation: $135 per hour
All events require use of our partner food and beverage vendors unless otherwise approved. Additional event time may be available based on applicable hourly rate, and a service fee may apply based on scope of event for excessive removal of indoor or outdoor furniture.
