Wedding Venue Cost:
Property Rental Fee – $9250.00
Intended for Friday deliveries, set up, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner or welcome party, Saturday celebration & Sunday pack up. Property access = Total of 20 hours over Fri/Sat/Sun event time frame.
Event Space Cost:
5 Hours – $3750.00 ($750.00 per hour)
7 Hours – $5250.00
* hourly rates available on Sundays, midweek or in-season open dates only
Boyden Events staff are available prior to and during your event for behind the scenes details of the property. Creative designs or personal planning may be added with your choice of Event Coordinator.
Additional $500.00 damage retainer collected to any event – retainer is refundable at post event inspection.
